- → We do not allow IRC bots, proxy scripts, anonymizers, pirated software, warez, image hosting-only sites that do not host an actual domain/normal website content, escrow, high-yield interest programs (HYIP), bank debentures, live chat/chat scripts, download sites (pirated software), bank debenture trading programs, prime banks programs, lottery sites, muds, RPGs, hate sites, hacker-focused sites/archives/programs, sites promoting illegal activities, flash games, or online gaming sites, movies, MP3 songs, file hosting.
- → We do not allow content that is subject to hacking/phishing, malware/virus, spamming/abusing.
- → We do not allow content that is subject to copyright and DMCA, such as movies, music, games, etc.
- → We do not allow mass mailing or mass mail receiving because email service provided by us in our hosting is for common use for web hosting; it is not email hosting.
- → We do not allow adult/pornographic content, harmful content, or any illegal content.
- → If any account abuses CPU usage or engages in DDoS attacks, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate the account.
- →Once a cancellation request is submitted, the service may be automatically suspended either immediately or at the end of the current billing cycle. No refunds will be provided for services that have been suspended or terminated due to a cancellation request.
- → Suspended services will have a 3-day grace period. If payment is not received within this period, the service will be terminated.
- →Users are responsible for maintaining their own backups; we are not liable for any data loss or file deletion.In the event of unauthorized changes or deletions, we are not responsible for recovery or restoration of lost files.

Our shared hosting environment is not intended for automated email creation, catchall inbox setups, or bulk verification processes related to SEO campaigns.
Any usage involving SEO bots, automation scripts, or bulk email-based tools may result in service limitations, suspension, or termination without notice, as per our Acceptable Use Policy. Such use cases do not qualify for refunds under any circumstance.
