Godzillahosting offers a 48 hours money-back guarantee on shared hosting plans. This guarantee is only valid for new customers who purchase. To be eligible for a refund, you must contact Godzillahosting within 48 hourss of your purchase and request a refund. Once your request is received, GODZILLAHOSTING will process your refund within 7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
The following are not eligible for a refund:
- Domain registration fees (It Can Take Upto 24-48 hours in activation of domain)
- Add-on services, such as email hosting or SSL certificates
- Any charges incurred after the 48 hours refund period has expired
Refund Eligibility
- The refund request must be made within 48 hourss of the initial purchase.
- The account must be in good standing and not in violation of our Terms of Service.
- No previous refunds have been issued for the same account.
Additional Refund Terms
1. Refund Requests Must Be Submitted via Ticket: All refund requests must be made through our official support ticket system available on our website. Requests sent via email, live chat, or third-party platforms will not be considered valid.
2. Refund Requests Must Be Timely: The customer must raise the refund request strictly within the 48-hour refund period. Requests submitted after the 48-hour window, regardless of the reason, will not be eligible for any refund.
3. Responsibility for Reading Policy: It is the customer's responsibility to read and understand our policies before making a purchase. Claims such as "I didn’t read the refund policy" will not be accepted as valid grounds for dispute or refund.
4. Support Response Time: Our support team typically responds within 24 hours. In rare cases of delay, we request customers to allow up to 48 hours before following up. Delayed support responses alone do not qualify as a valid reason for a refund.

- Important: No Refund On Hacking , Phishing , Spam & Malicious Websites
- Important: No Refund On Renewed Services & Purchased Using Promocode
- Important: No Refund or cancellations will be made if our team not found any issue in your Hosting plan from our side.
- Important: No Refund or cancellation will be made if your Service(s) is suspended (due to Email Marketing/Email Abuse/Misuse of our service/Inappropriate/Illegal/Immoral/Account Over-use) or terminated.
- Important:Payments for invoices past due by more than 3 days for terminated services will not be accepted or refunded. Customers are advised to ensure timely payments to avoid service termination.
If you experience any of these issues, please contact Godzillahosting support as soon as possible. We will do everything we can to resolve the issue quickly and to your satisfaction. If we are unable to resolve the issue within 24-48 hours, we will issue you a full refund.
